~NEW CART EXPIRATION DATE - All carts are now due to expire on Saturday nights at 11:59pm (pacific time). This means you must pay for your cart BEFORE midnight otherwise you will lose ALL your items. This takes effect THIS SATURDAY, Aug. 27, 2022.

~EXCESSIVE EXPIRED CARTS - If you continuously let your cart expire every week, you will be blocked and will no longer be able to shop with us. Loading your cart and letting your cart expire, then loading it back and letting it expire over & over will get you blocked.

~FAVORITES FEATURE - If you cannot pay for the items you want within the week, rather than add items to your cart, consider using the Favorites Feature instead. That way you can add them to your cart as you are able to pay and you won't have to worry about having items expire from your cart.

~MULTIPLE WEEKLY ORDERS - If you pay your cart on Saturday when it is due, your order will be shipped on Monday. If you pay your cart EARLIER than Saturday, your order will be shipped on Friday (our 2nd ship day) and you will STILL need to pay for any additional items on Saturday. Paying your cart before they are due on Saturday will result in additional shipping charges. We will no longer be combining shipping.

~SCANNING IN JEWELRY - When we receive inventory in stock, please WAIT to pay until we are done scanning for the day. We have people that pay one piece at at time, multiple times a day. This results in additional processing fees for us every time you pay. Please WAIT until we are done scanning it in before you check out, which is usually within an hour of the 1st item populating your cart. Paying multiple times will result in multiple orders and multiple shipping charges.

~CART EXTENTIONS - We already give our customers an entire week to pay, so carts will only be extended with 2 items or less. If you have more than 2 items in your cart, it needs to be paid WEEKLY. If you have a large cart, you have the option to use Sezzle, which is a 6-week payment plan. Large carts will no longer be rolled over week to week. Carts need to be paid WEEKLY.

~FREE ITEMS - Free items need to be processed weekly. If you earn a freebie (watch our live videos to earn free items!), it will be shipped with your weekly order. If your cart expires, you will lose your free item.
